Engine Features

It is the most important part of the machine that ensures the delivery of fluid in installation cleaning machines, and it is the main factor affecting the cleaning performance and quality of the machine. Thanks to the pump used, it can perform cleaning with maximum efficiency in all closed circuit systems such as combi boiler cleaning, installation, underfloor heating, and central systems.

All parts of the pump in contact with the fluid are manufactured from plastic and stainless material; thanks to this, you can use it for many years with its first-day performance without experiencing failures and performance losses such as wear and melting due to the chemicals used in cleaning and the sediments passing through it. The pump features copper winding and thermal protection.

Filter and Cap System

The cap and filter system used in the machine has an extremely modern and useful structure. Since the diameter of the filter and caps is 220 mm, it provides easy filling, discharging, and observation possibilities. The cap is opened and closed easily by turning it right and left, and there is an extra locking system for security.

The basket filter system was used in our machine for the first time in the world and is patented. Thanks to the basket filter under the cap, you can see the dirt during operation, clean it very quickly and simply, and put it back in its place.

Pressure Gauge (Manometer)

The manometer on the machine while radiator cleaning is being performed will give us information such as the efficiency of the machine, the working pressure, and whether there is a blockage in the system. The lower the pressure the machine operates at, the better it will clean to that degree because it will transfer plenty of water and it shows that there is no blockage in the system.

If there is a blockage in the system, the pressure of the machine will increase; that radiator is cleaned until the pressure returns to the normal level, and the blockage is eliminated. The machine adjusts its pressure automatically according to the strain in the system, no manual intervention is required.

Temperature Gauge (Thermometer)

A temperature gauge, namely a thermometer, is used to observe the temperature of the circulated fluid during cleaning in the radiator cleaning machine. Thanks to this temperature gauge, it allows you to observe and intervene in the temperature of the fluid or to adjust the temperature at the rate you want.

The placement of the product on the device has been done carefully. Since the product is placed on the machine in a recessed manner, it is designed in a way that it will not be damaged in case the machine tips over or receives an impact.
